Rebekah and Mat chose a vintage theme for their ceremony today which was perfect as all the guests cruised on the 99 year old lady of the lake, the TSS Earnslaw, on their way to the magnificent Walter Peak for their ceremony. The weather today was quite similar to when Bill and I got married there almost 21 years ago, cold and wet, but they still had a fantastic day and as you can see from the photo with Rebekah wearing Mat’s top hat, there was lots of laughter as well!
Walter Peak’s gardens today truly were stunning, I don’t think I have seen such a wonderful spring garden for years, a true picture. Note to people considering a spring wedding in 2013, consider Walter Peak, the gardens will be difficult to beat anywhere!
