When I first met Matt and Sam in June last year over a coffee, we discussed their ceremony sharing it with about 60 of their closest family and friends at Trelawn Place. However, that was not to be, as not all the family could travel to Queenstown, so they came up with a clever idea! They had a party at home in Australia, with everyone that they had hoped would come to Queenstown (with Matt and Sam wearing their wedding outfits) and then they had their actual ceremony here in Queenstown.
Cecil Peak Ledge offers fabulous views above the lake and as you can see from my iphone photos, Matt and Sam loved the views and were more than happy to get married there. A big thank you to the team at Heliworks and Jen from Alpine Images acting as witnesses, truly appreciated. I am looking forward to seeing Jen’s photos and I am sure that the very happily married couple will thoroughly enjoy their ‘trash the dress’ day on the 30th!
