Adventurous girls, Jen and Jo exchanged vows on the shore of Lake Tekapo, approximately 3 hours drive from Queenstown. Although we had blues skies there was a very strong wind blowing which stopped the girls from celebrating their love in the relaxed but special way they had pictured on the lakefront. However, as you can see from my photo taken on my iphone you could feel their love and joy very easily.
I confess to being surprised by what they wore to their ceremony – jeans, tshirts and jandals – but it was their day and they were doing it they way they wanted it!
I look forward to hearing more about their tour of New Zealand once they return to the UK.
