When Stefan and Michael first contacted me regarding their ceremony I was very excited as their plans involved a helicopter, Mount Cook, a glacier landing for their ceremony followed by a flight to Milford and a cruise through the fiord before flying back to Queenstown – a celebrants dream!
Unfortunately, the weather in early January was not good:-( so after a 24 hour delay we were able to have a short flight to Cecil Peak for their ceremony and the next day they went to Milford Sound for a cruise.
Michael and Stefan are a wonderful couple, they shared their day with close friends Jorgen and Ingrid who flew from Germany to be with them. The ceremony was kept a secret from their family and friends until they had a party at home and they showed a video of their trip to New Zealand and Tahiti, at the very end of the video was some footage of their ceremony, as you can imagine it was a very special moment when everyone realised what had happened.
