Although Mark and Miriam work in Western Australia now, they chose to celebrate their wedding, witnessed by their family and friends, at the Routeburn Shelter. They met while they were guiding for Routeburn Guided Walks and they themed the setting to suit – even down to the walking stick making the aisle and a pair of old tramping boots at the head – hopefully you can see the Bridal Veil Falls in the background of my iphone photos.
A fabulous day filled with many local faces! I can’t wait to see the official photos.
