To personalise a wedding ceremony to suit the location and also their love/interest in red wine, some couples choose the wine ceremony to finish their ceremony with a little humour and symbolism! Basically 2 different varieties of red wine are chosen, one being a soft feminine wine and the other strong and robust – a small amount of each is poured into one glass. Once blended, these wines take on a new and delightful sophistication, which complements the best of each other’s qualities. A terrific vintage now, but definitely will be better with time!
