With Jo’s son in a serious condition in hospital, Toby and Jo’s ceremony was more emotional than most. Technology has it’s place at ceremonies too – one of their guest’s was able to skype the ceremony so that her son didn’t miss a thing from his hospital bed. 3 days after their ceremony in Queenstown, they were going to have a replica of the ceremony at his bedside.
There was a little humour as well though… during the ceremony Toby’s mobile phone rang! I can honestly say that Toby has a very good throwing arm – his phone flew for quite a few metres! I received this lovely email from them, only 2 days after their ceremony!Hi Phillipa,
Just wanted to say thank you for your part in wedding. Your suggestions and the way you made everything easy on the day helped calm nerves and allowed us to focus on each other. We had a fantastic day and is certainly one I will treasure. We are happy to recommend you to others crossing the marital divide. We are also glad you didn’t succumb to hypothermia on the day! All the best. Toby and Jo
All the best to Toby, Jo and their very special family
